Escalation to NHBRC
If the builder denies or rejects the claim, REX will submit the claim to the NHBRC on your behalf
Claim Reviewed by REX
If the claim has merit, REX will reach out to your builder
Notify REX
Notify REX of your claim by providing a brief description and photographic evidence (claims@tetrisonline.co.za or call us at 012-884 0335)

Coverage & Warranty Responsibility
The NHBRC will be responsible for the first R500 000 and thereafter the REX warranty will apply
